LRT Solutions, Inc. is an asset-based carrier specializing in open deck, bulk tanker, hazmat, drayage, dry van, and reefer freight. As a Senior Account Representative, I lead strategy and execution—offering hands-on support, precision quoting, and scalable logistics. We also provide warehousing, customs coordination, and LTL solutions, backed by integrity in every transfer. At LRT, we deliver results—and we enjoy the ride while doing it.

During my time dispatching out of Texas, I had the privilege of leading fleet operations across specialized bulk tankers—coordinating hazmat and liquid bulk with precision and speed. Every load was a chance to prove reliability. Every new customer, a relationship built on trust and hustle. From appointment windows to asset planning, I stayed hands-on and responsive because in bulk freight, timing and execution are everything. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their transportation requirements. Created a bulk tanker division within the company, becoming the leading division. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue for Network Transport. Unit Prevention Leader/ UPL Hazmat Specialist- Training NCOIC for chemical operations and decontamination, 2016-2019. Barracks NCOIC - COVID-19 operations management for state and federal funding

Liaison between state emergency response center and 12-hour field operations team for twenty-four different COVID-19 community-based testing sites [CBTS] day to day operations helping. Negotiated contracts with vendors and subcontractors to reduce costs and improve project timelines while maintaining battle rhythm awareness. Successfully completed a multi-million-dollar construction project on time and on budget. Worked diligently with the Florida Department of Health state emergency response team executive staffing to determine objectives and strategies to be followed by the CBTS.

Overseeing and pairing with clients and parents during the first phase of collecting data and determining criteria, certainty of knowledge, and behaviors. Collecting and recording daily log behavioral or notice of excellent progress. Execute and follow the ethical standards for behavior analysts as outlined through the BCBA. Maintained client confidentiality through the standards set through HIPAA privacy rule and the BCBA. Conducted functional behavioral goals for each client assigned, creating each an IEP and behavior implementation plan for when each behavior occurs. Organizing a plan from a parent's view standpoint that fulfils desirable goals that their child can slowly learn to do independently without prompt level needed at home. Interacted with clinical staff and many external resources such as school teachers when spending the day in class with the intent to collect data with other children and authority or community personnel. Directly treated in home with individuals diagnosed with Autism and related disabilities, performing manipulative behavior plans for parents and grandparents to learn from.
