Founded in 2017, A-Z Biz Link is a professional development organization focused on facilitating discussions around today's modern workforce and leadership challenges, while creating solutions and driving real positive change in the workplace. A-Z Biz Link produces 75 professional development events a year for our Phoenix, Las Vegas and Reno Chapters, and distributes a designer publication with over 100 individuals that are hand-picked resources for personal and professional growth.

I learned early on in my career that what motivates me is promoting brands that I truly love. I can’t be an authentic storyteller if I don’t actually believe what I am talking about. I have had a fulfilling career in commercial real estate because I have chosen to work for brands that I find inspiring. I work for Cresa and I love the brand. Why? Because working at Cresa I get to spend my days doing what I enjoy most, working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her objectives. As we go through this process, the ideas start to flow whether it is about real estate, renovations, connecting them to the local government or helping them to find the outlets to attract the best talent-- it’s always fun! I am a multi-linguist of the real estate business. I speak fluent geek, marketer, designer, project manager, site selector, tenant rep broker, economic developer, sales person and difficult client. I am well versed in negotiations, planning and development, relationship management, operations, logistics coordination and scheduling. Understanding this means I can be an awesome resource for my clients and someone they can turn to with any business need. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other professionals whether new to the industry or seasoned veterans.
