Utilize agency management system effectively and according to company policy and procedure; maintain electronic documentation of client activities utilizing ImageRight. Attend client and prospect meetings as requested by the Business Advantage Advisor or Client Executive. Ensure high quality work is produced with a dedication to accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity. Provide professional and courteous customer service; during regular business hours, all communications (emails, voicemails, etc.) from either an internal team member or external contact.
