•Conduct in-depth analysis and assessments of immigration applications and make recommendations to the Team lead; •Participate in the tracking and monitoring of Provincial Nominees and the compilation of results to determine program outcomes. •Participate in promotion/ recruitment activities of the Provincial Nominee Program; •Provide research, analysis and relevant information regarding immigration as required; provide input and implement policies, programs and projects in regard to immigration initiatives; develop and present immigration information and programs to provincial, national and international stakeholders; provide input in the development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to utilize immigration as a tool for economic, social and demographic development in New Brunswick. •Establish, promote and maintain working and respectful relationships between community groups and government in regard to immigration, cross-cultural sensitivities and racism; assist in the development and distribution of promotional and informational program materials; liaise with international communities within New Brunswick as well as external stakeholders in regard to immigration. Assessed English language skills of Newcomers to Canada through oral, written and listening/speaking examination of the Canadian Language Benchmark Tool.  Interviewed and tested applicants/clients from various backgrounds around the world and at all levels of literacy.  Responsible for Information gathering through interviews and provided oral advice and guidance and referrals to other programs which may be of assistance to newcomers.  Administered Acts and Regulation of Citizenship and Immigration Canada.  Attended meetings, training, seminars, programs to improve and learn new skills  Member of the YMCA Joint Health and Safety Committee.  Trained to test using CLBA and CLBLA (Literacy) tools.

Taught English as a Foreign Language for eight months in Turkey.  As a teacher of private intense conversation and textbook oriented (Berlitz) lessons I taught businessmen on site in their offices and factories.  Taught high school and university age students in preparation for their national university entrance exams.
