• Managed partner business relationship with one of HP’s largest notebook Original Design Manufacturers, Inventec Corp., with 30+ platforms from consumers and commercial NB. • Conducted quote (costs of finished goods) audits of 30k+ SKUs through data analysis and drove $1M+ USD cost savings. • Negotiated claims and compensations of business operations and managed escalations from Inventec and brought $700K USD cost savings. • Coordinated with cross-functional teams as focal point of contact from NB quote team to develop process simplification for driving cost efficiency and automation.

• Analyzed ODM bidding data, monitored schedule and tracked spec change for consumer and commercial notebook from four ODMs for smooth RFQ process. • Partnered with RFQ managers, engineering team, and marketing team for setting business strategy and award decision making. • Coordinated ODMs to drive cost efficiency and accuracy until product launched. • Updated reports regularly, including contract management, price change tracker, ODM spend, key cost trends, shipment simulation and cost saving for stakeholders.

• Managed administrative affairs from internal sales team for issuing quotation, report writing on client feedback and sales progress, tracking inventory, and meeting coordination. • Conducted English translation/interpretation for chemistry sales team with Albemarle Corporation, U.S. chemical manufacturing enterprise. • Coordinated market development in China, arranged business trips and documented clients’ requirements to expand customer base. • Executed exhibition planning for three-day Opto Taiwan 2012 Tradeshow (with 500+ exhibitors and 45K+ guests), including designer sourcing, booth display and budget control to promote company services.
