IV insertion and administration of IV antibiotics and fluids.

Management of one of the 5 Assisted Living buildings with 20 residents and 9 resident assistants. Daily interaction with residents and their family members. Liaison between doctor and resident, lab draws, treatments, and medication administration. Proficient in scheduling, employee counseling, care conferences, and annual reviews.

Answer all after hours calls, process new referrals, update current referrals, and look up insurance information.

Communicate with hospitals regarding referrals for sub-acute rehab, homecare, and hospice. Review patient charts to assess appropriateness of admission into Holland Home.
