Lindsay Holden

Hi, I’m Lindsay, co-founder of Odele Beauty. My background is in sales and retail, including several years at Target, where I saw firsthand how much thought it takes for a product to earn its place on the shelf and stay there. Odele started with a clear belief. Incredible haircare should feel elevated in every way: clean, efficacious, and beautifully designed, all while remaining accessible through everyday pricing and performance for all hair types, textures, ages, and genders. So with my two co-founders, Britta and Shannon, we built Odele in our own backyard in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It’s a place with deep roots in retail, manufacturing, and haircare - even if it doesn’t always get the credit it deserves. (A lot happens in the middle! Shoutout to the birthplace of the home perm!). Today, Odele is sold nationally through major retailers like Target, Ulta, Amazon, and CVS, and in thousands of stores across the U.S. We’ve grown from nine products to more than thirty, expanded thoughtfully across categories, and earned over fifty beauty awards along the way. My role now is centered on being a steward of the brand - connecting product, merchandising, creative, community and opportunity while making sure Odele stays grounded in real life as it grows.
