Completed the HR Development Program which is considered internally to be 7 years of experience within 3 years. I had the opportunity to work in multiple Owens Corning manufacturing locations learning how to adapt and enhance to different cultures. During my time in the program, I supported a variety of teams - maintenance, operations, and salaried team members.

- Prepared for union contract negotiations by speaking with salaried leadership to understand common trends in their day to day struggles with current policies - Facilitated change management for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for over 500 hourly employees - Initiated the development of the electrical skills matrix for operators - Participated in succession planning conversations alongside the Plant Leader and Plant HR Leader - Trained six union committee members on Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Managed an organized over 50 electronic employee files while assisting in the implementation of electronic on-boarding to encourage a paperless HR department - Aided in the coordination of an Associate Appreciation Day by communicating event details to over 1,000 employees and overseeing various operational projects - Formulated a standardized project management procedure with five other interns to improve accountability companywide - Evaluated potential candidates and performed in-person interviews during on-campus career fairs; extended 6-7 offers per event - Created templates for new job descriptions, ensuring organizational consistency in messaging and structure
