My job incorporated all aspects of management, including daily operations, sales, brand relations, and team building. I was in charge of motivating employees and driving sales to reach short term and long term store goals. I held daily store meetings for the employees, monthly business meetings to create loyal brand relationships, and closely communicated with management team to create a smooth, successful sales environment. I initiated and coordinated large multi-brand in store events, managed several projects held out of store, and created friendly contests between locations to encourage comradery and boost sales. I was responsible for enforcing company and store policy, implementing strategies, coaching employees, and ensuring smooth flow of daily business.

* I was responsible for coordinating and communicating with over twenty freelance makeup artists in the southeast to ensure proper coverage and placement at all Lancome doors within my Administrator's territory. * I was in charge of gathering and distributing payroll and balancing the freelance budget. * I also provided my own freelance artistry services for local and regional Lancome events.

Currently I provide all the salon's makeup services, including all published advertising, salon events, individual application for special occasions, and tutorial consultations. Along with that, I scout all the talent for our events and advertising and handle all communications with talent. I also assist in coordinating photo shoot preparation and details. I contribute and execute creative details of shoots and events, direct talent, and coordinate all the little details that bring the big picture together. I have also assisted in coordinating events, including fund raising, people management, and securing and organizing portions of planning.
