Responsible for full life cycle recruiting and interaction with hiring managers within Scientific Games Interactive business group. SG Interactive focuses on providing robust iGaming and Social Casino solutions to the global gaming industry via mobile and server platforms. I provide consultative support to hiring managers, and have duties including but not limited to: - global technical engineering recruitment, operations recruitment, and non-technical corporate positions - staffing timelines and strategy planning - sourcing of candidates for hard to fill roles - manage heavy requisition loads of 25-40 - budget planning - project lead for Talent Acquisition related tasks - diligent record keeping relative to candidate tracking and applicant flow documentation
