As the Security Manager for the Toyota Center and Houston Rockets Lindon is responsible for overseeing and executing all security operations across the venue, including event and non-event days. This role ensures the safety and security of all guests, team members, players, VIPs, and property. This position is a strategic leader with experience in large-scale venue security, emergency preparedness, and crowd management. Lindon works closely with arena operations, NBA security, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of both full-time and part-time security personnel, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to protocols. He manages the production and tracking of Toyota Center ID badges and Houston Rockets credentials, coordinating closely with various departments and external agencies. Lindon oversees the training of security staff, including the review and updating of post orders and policies. He also manages the inventory and maintenance of department assets and assists in developing event plans. His duties extend to traffic planning for major events and coordinating multi-modal transportation systems. Lindon provides guest assistance with security-related issues and carries out supervisory responsibilities, which include training employees, planning and directing work, performance appraisals, and resolving issues, all while embodying the organization's core values of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.

Security Director for one of the Largest Black Greek Lettered Organization Events in the world. Oversaw the Safety and Security of over 10,000 patrons !

As the Security Director for a medium-sized festival focused on entertainment, Lindon is responsible for ensuring safety and wellness for audiences averaging over 5,000 attendees across the U.S. He develops and implements security policies and procedures to protect patrons, employees, and assets, leading to a 30% reduction in safety and security incidents. Lindon also collaborates with various departments to conduct risk assessments, create emergency response plans, and train employees on security best practices. His efforts in policy development and enforcement significantly enhance safety and security throughout the festival grounds.

As the Head of Security for a major artist in the entertainment industry, Lindon oversees operations both domestically and internationally. He has executed personal protection for the artist and their family, including managing a 100+ member operations team during the Coachella Performance Series in 2023. Additionally, he developed and implemented comprehensive security policies and procedural checklists to safeguard all company personnel during the Moncler Fashion Week in Milan, Italy. His role demands a high level of strategic planning and coordination to ensure the safety and security of high-profile events and individuals.

OB Ship Dock Manager, responsible for over 75 dock associates. Tasked with executing daily planning, staging, loading, and operational compliance. Charged with reviewing operational plans and their adherence while decreasing customer wait time and improving the shipping process! Continuously mitigate risks and shortfalls to the Operation by conducting deep dives and seek to understand sessions. All while utilizing operational flow tools to assist ensure successful customer experience !

Maintenance And supply chain management and advisor for 1st Cavalry Division Sustainment Brigade. Assisting in the procurement and sourcing of repair parts for the entire Division.

Forward Support Company, Commander. Responsible for the health and welfare of over 120 Soldiers and families. Also charged with the training and preparation of Soldiers and leaders in conducting Garrison and Combat Logistics Operations. Supporting the war fighter with Fuel, Nourishment, Ammunition and the repair of equipment. Furthermore responsible for $120 million dollars of vehicles, tools and special equipment.

Speed and Conditioning and Baseball and Softball Training Coach. Developed athletes to achieve their full potential. Working with professional athletes down to middle schoolers. Coached trained and mentored numerous athletes to pursue Division 1 Scholarships as well as Athletes that were selected during the Major League Baseball draft.
