Linda Shi (师沛凤）

Linda is a disputes lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Allen & Gledhill LLP (Singapore). She works on various types of disputes, with a focus on intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) disputes, in a team led by Dr. Stanley Lai, SC. She advises clients on issues of protection and enforcement which span the entire spectrum of IP rights, including trade marks, copyright, patents, domain names (registration and retrieval), registered designs and confidential information. Other than advising for proceedings before the Singapore Courts and IP Tribunals, she also assists in arbitration matters, including matters concerning the protection of IP rights (including in the Singapore Internal Arbitration Centre (SIAC), World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Mediation and Arbitration Centre). Beyond advising on IP, she also advises on shareholder and director disputes for multi-national corporations. Linda graduated from Singapore Management University’s (SMU) School of Law in 2021 with a Magna Cum Laude and was placed on the Dean’s List. She represented her university in the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot and was ranked one of the Best Oralists. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing.
