 Provide professional Compensation & Benefits expertise to the organization, particularly to G&A functions, i.e. Finance, Information Services, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, General Services, and Legal by analyzing relevant information, active participation in the development, implementation and follow up of competitive and cost efficient Compensation & Benefits programs, aiming at attracting, motivating, and retaining high quality employees in assigned functional organization of the company

The job required me to provide professional Compensation & Benefits service to the organization which includes job analysis and job evaluation using Hay methodology, analysis of C&B market data, development of salary structures, as well as development of C&B policies and guidelines. During the year as C&B Analyst, 2 job analysis and job evaluation projects using Hay methodology were completed. 1 project was in internal Sampoerna, to align the grading between Sampoerna and Philip Morris - the evaluated jobs were approx. 650 positions, completed in 9 months period in 2007. The other project was for Philip Morris India. This covers all jobs in PM India and done in 2008.

Provide services in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation throughout Sampoerna with Hay Job Evaluation methodology, this includes projects, covers approx. 1000 positions

Graduate Intake program in Sampoerna is similar to a "management trainee" program for other companies. I joined the company as an HR GI. During the program, various aspects from HR were the programs to be learnt
