Short stint in Sales to boost our pipeline while we ramped down recruitment.

Joined as the first People & Recruitment hire at Raft (then Vector.ai) to build out our teams and flesh out the People function post series-A. Successfully scaled headcount within 6 months until we stabilized and ramped down hiring efforts.

Part of LSE's first ever Diversity, Equity and Inclusion student team, working alongside the Management Faculty and other key stakeholders to bring awareness and practical knowledge/skills central to modern DEI practices to the University.

During my penultimate year of studies at Bristol University, this was an incredible opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of talent acquisition within a global organisation. • Actively engaged with the recruitment process of retail and technology positions. • Screened applications, managed contact and partook in the interviewing process for candidates. • Collected data, compiled and presented report on Dept. progress and achievements during the Annual Vodafone Greece summit. • Undertook on-the-job and structured training under senior talent. • Provided excellent administrative support and service to the HR department
