Responsible for managing and leading the projects through all design stages in accordance with client brief and within agreed cost and time frames. Ensure delivery of project quality. Responsible for managing and supervising the overall project Implementation activities including planning, assignment of contractors, execution, safety, inspection and handover, and ensures compliance with the construction and development standards throughout the project. Play a key role in promoting the image of the company within the community.

Managed the Interior Design of several developments from inception to the implementation stage as well as oversee the entire interior design division. Worked directly with the Client.

Responsible of the Interior Designs of all developments, •Assume responsibility for Interior design, material selection, costing, estimation, sourcing, fittings, procurement, and negotiations with suppliers. •Consult with Owners to determine architectural preferences and integrate findings with knowledge of interior design. •Develop project design brief to Interior Consultants •Formulate space environmental plan to be practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purpose with the objective of raising productivity and improved enjoyment of Owners •Define/develop design space program for new projects •Advice management on interior factors, factors include space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes and color coordination •Prepare progress reports & presentations’ for top Management/Clients •Define scope of works for Interior Design Consultants •Coordinate with sales team at Asteco Property Management in getting their feedback on market requirements •Coordinate with Hotel Operators to ensure design Guidelines are conveyed to relative consultants. •Coordinate with Main Consultants, Interior Design Consultants and Kitchen Consultants to ensure implementation of Operators’ requirements. •Coordinate with Commercial & Development departments in respect of Projects cost estimates, Value Engineering, Time Schedules, and Approval of Design consultants’ request for payments. •Following up the design procedure: oAdherence to time schedule and space program oFulfilling of submittals requirements •Review and approve suitability of materials/finishes prepared by Interior Design Consultants and contractors. •Coordinate with Project Managers and Consultants to resolve design related issues that may arise during construction. •Keeping up with developments in planning, construction, new projects, building & safety codes and new building & finishing materials & products within the Emirates and especially in Dubai

Provide leadership and direction to a team of 2 engaged in planning, designing and furnishing interior environments of 3 Hotels Towers, 6 residential towers owned by the company consisting of Studios, 1,2,3,4 bedrooms apartments, duplexes and penthouses of all residential towers. Report to the Vice President. • Responsible for interior design, material selection, costing, estimation, sourcing, fittings, procurement, negotiations with suppliers from UAE & Europe. Liaise with the management in order to determine architectural preferences. • Determined purpose and function of environment, budget, types of construction, equipment and other factors affecting planning interior environments. • Integrated findings with knowledge of interior design. • Formulated environmental plan to be practical, esthetic and conducive to intended purposes with the objective of raising productivity and improved life style of occupants. • Advised management on interior design factors. Factors include space planning, layout and the utilization of furnishings and equipment and color schemes • Interacted with architects and interior designers as a client’s representative. • Coordinated the development of planning and design themes. • Developed suggestions for apartment features and amenities. • Developed conceptual footprints for maximum efficiency of building. • Worked directly with the Client.
