My main assignment is that during the on-going transition of the department to our newly established knowledge centre in Poland, securing that the HR support is delivered with high quality from Sweden, and at the same time handle the redundancy process for all 18 employees in Sweden.

CEO Functions was an organisation including departments within business, process, staff, compliance, audit and corporate strategy. I worked closely with the President and CEO as a trusted speaking partner, supporting and coaching in how to manage these diverse organisations in a constantly changing environment. On a daily basis I coached my team of senior HR professionals, the business units' managers as well as employees, securing a sustainable way of delivering business driven HR.

Acting Head of HR for the Corporate Communications department in combination with my role as Head of HR CEO Functions.

Responsible for centrally implement, manage, develop and coordinate Scania Group´s global compensation strategy applicable for Group-, Brand Executives and Key Position holders. Me and my team worked closely with TRATON Group to develop common executive HR processes and structures in order to achieve the Global Champion Strategy.
