👷🏻 Midlane is an all-in-one HR platform for managing frontline workforce. • Built a fullstack Next.js app as one of the Founding Engineers, laying the foundation for a B2B SaaS platform that cut time-to-hire from weeks to days. Helped evolve a single-purpose MVP into an all-in-one HR platform adopted by customers. • Owned full-cycle feature development: from discovery, shaping and scoping to design, implementation and ongoing support. • Refined customer-facing UI/UX, improving usability and reducing support requests. • Worked directly with customers to resolve issues, communicate updates and gather feedback. After Midlane was acquired, I chose not to transition.

🔒 Getsafe is a digital insurance company and broker. • Improved insurance products purchase flows through A/B testing by implementing pre-fill functionality from landing pages, leading to increased conversion rates and smoother UX. Although my time at Getsafe was brief, I valued the opportunity to learn in a data-driven team. I chose to pursue a more challenging role that allowed me to grow into a fullstack engineer.

🛂 Passbase is an identity verification solution for iOS, Web and Android. • Contributed to the system design of a major rewrite, including the design of new GraphQL and REST APIs. • Migrated frontend apps to the new API layer as the next phase of the transition. • Refactored key features like face detection to use higher-performant vendors (validated through POCs) resulting in improved UX and fewer drop-offs. • Improved backoffice UI/UX by streamlining user input with keyboard shortcuts and visual cues for potential discrepancies, leading to faster verifications and higher data quality. • Consolidated commonly used UI components into a shared design system, resulting in better consistency, UX and developer experience across apps. • Interviewed candidates for frontend engineering roles. Following Passbase’s acquisition, the team, including myself, was let go.

👨🏻‍🌾 Agro.Club is global B2B marketplace operating in the agriculture markets. • In close collaboration with the Design Lead, built an in-house design system, including a custom icon library, and drove its adoption across projects. • Introduced code generation using Plop templates for faster scaffolding, improving developer experience and consistency. • Increased end-to-end test coverage with Cypress, improving product reliability. • Interviewed candidates for junior frontend engineering roles. • Mentored junior frontend engineers through pair programming and hands-on guidance. While at Agro.Club, I made a life-changing decision to relocate from Russia, which the company was unable to accommodate at the time, so I accepted a role at another company.

🚧 Skyeer is spatial data platform for earthworks, construction, mining & stockpiles. • Helped migrate the codebase to TypeScript, improving type safety and developer confidence. • Built interactive data visualizations and custom map features using MapboxGL and Recharts libraries. • Contributed to the implementation of PDF report generation with Puppeteer to meet customers reporting needs. • Collaborated closely with a UX designer to ensure consistent UI across the application.

⚽️ Liga Stavok is one of the largest online betting services is Russia, providing real-time sports event data through its web applications. • Contributed to the development a React component library for both desktop and mobile web platforms. • Built landings pages and emails for customer acquisition. During my three years at Liga Stavok, I grew from a junior to a fully independent Frontend Engineer, gaining invaluable experience along the way. Over time, I realized my values no longer aligned with the company's direction and industry, so I chose to explore new opportunities.

🔐 Rus-Telecom is a system integrator and software developing company specializing in confidential information protection. • Worked on building and styling HTML pages and forms. As my first role in web development, it gave me a solid foundation, but I quickly realized my growth potential there was limited and started looking for more challenging opportunities.
