*  Carry a caseload of four families *  Hold family sessions with each family three times a week scheduled at the convenience of the families *  Attend weekly supervision meetings *  Web-based documentation with use of voice recognition technology *  Provide on-call availability to families during the week *  Drive up to 60-80 miles to meet with families in the home *  Provide treatment in individual families' homes in a wide array of settings and communities

* Provide direct supports to one people, assisting them with work-related skill development * Survey the community for work and other meaningful work-related opportunities, appropriate to individual served by the program * Develop relationships with businesses and business organizations, for the purposes of identifying potential work opportunities. * Identify job tasks and support strategies appropriate for the person served, by completing work site tours and job analyses, negotiate with employers as needed. * Assist each person supported to explore natural life experiences – utilizing opportunities lost as learning experiences to develop improved job matches in the future. * Ensure that the wishes of each person supported are respected, and that their rights are honored without exception.

* Provide supervision to county, state and federal inmates in an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment center. * Conduct recovery related groups. * Completed daily notes for activity on unit.

* Conduct individual counseling sessions to clients in methadone maintenance treatment program. * Write treatment plans with clients. * Monitor effectiveness of methadone doses and client’s response to treatment. * Maintain comprehensive treatment notes on client sessions and progress.

* Ensure that the wishes, hopes, dreams, and fears of each person supported are respected, and that their rights are honored without exception. * Provide direct assistance to each person supported in all areas, including [but not limited to] social and emotional support, participation in activities and organizations, communication assistance, crisis intervention, and personal care. * Ensure at all times the health and safety of each person supported, and apply emergency procedures as necessary . * Responsible for the clinical direction of the clients treatment. * Assist each person supported in exploring.

* Train adults who have Axis I diagnosis for various types of employment. * Conduct social skills groups. * Transport clients in company vehicle. * Meet with employers in the community to place clients in job positions. * Complete daily progress notes. * Respond to client’s crisis situations.

Providing individual and group therapy to patients with a primary diagnosis of chemical dependency Assisting our patients with reaching their treatment goals * Preparing current patient progress reports and completion notices * Providing paperwork to patients, courts, probation and parole departments and referral sources * Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations * Coordinating and cooperating with local agencies and organizations necessary to expedite treatment for each patient.
