Responsibilities include spearheading enterprise solutions in Networking (Cisco), Cybersecurity, Storage Management (NetApp, Dell), and Data Center Infrastructure (IBM, APC, MOLEX, HP, VMware etc); Managing the full sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts—from prospecting and needs assessment to solution demos, negotiations, and post-sale support for networking, security, storage, and data center solutions. Conduct technical consultations and ROI analyses, performing POCs and TCO assessments to recommend and optimize hybrid infrastructures for peak performance, redundancy, and threat mitigation via firewalls, while ensuring seamless migrations, firmware updates, and adherence to standards. Ensure we stay ahead of innovations in AI-driven security, edge computing, and hybrid cloud storage; monitor emerging tech (AI-secured networks, edge storage) to advise on future-proofing with tools VMware, NetApp, delivering resilient, scalable systems backed by industry trends and custom demos.

Responsibilities include comprehensively understanding the hiring needs of client organizations, conducting thorough candidate searches, managing the entire recruitment process, & ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for successful hires. The proficiency in recruitment extends to various duties & procedures, including exhaustive CV searches, headhunting, candidate screenings, & effective candidate management. Additionally, we ensure to maintain relationships with potential candidates, by applying time management, candidate management, and staying abreast of industry trends to enhance the effectiveness of the organisation's recruitment strategies & deadlines.
