During my tenure as Deputy Director, I was responsible for overseeing the entire financial operations and cost management process. My responsibilities included: managing the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards; implementing cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and improve profit margins; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts and provide decision support; and conducting variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to the company's overall financial health.

Provides accounting services to various individual and corporate clients, with responsibilities including month-end closing, financial statement preparation, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and variance analysis. Responsible for preparing weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls; handling payroll tax declarations and quarterly and annual reports; and assisting with audits and tax preparations (for individuals and businesses). Also utilizes public policy background research and analysis to study new business and tax policies.

We provide one-on-one accounting tutoring for international students, teaching basic accounting knowledge, including accounting equations, general ledgers, journals, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements. We develop course plans and assess students' comprehension abilities, conduct review sessions based on the taught materials, and provide personalized learning guidance.

My responsibilities include coordinating the activities of the Regional Leadership Academy, organizing the logistics of online events, researching public policy and regional issues, drafting grant requests, and coordinating marketing and events.
