- I prepare a weekly safety stock report aligned with current demand and supplier data to ensure optimal inventory levels. - I develop and monitor the CBG OR report, which is reviewed weekly and presented in the monthly meeting to ensure continuous tracking and risk mitigation. - My work contributes directly to operational efficiency, disruption prevention, and continuous improvement in logistics processes. - Special focus in Week over week analysis of fulfillment rates related to EDI (Demand) vs ESD (Supply) top critical suppliers, by compiling added value data necessary to have short/mid/long overview of the company's status with respect to supplier´s schedules. - Analysis of data to find and escalate outliers both in terms of increase of demand and supply plans, to avoid operation issues to plants due to short term shortages. - Join efforts with Sales, MP&L, Supply chain and other departments to develop data-driven solutions that support overall company goals by providing improved supply chain visibility, agility, and customer satisfaction. - Always looking for ways to improve the analysis to meet the current needs of the company.
