Previously, I worked as a switchboard operator at Northwestern Medicine, where I answered and directed calls from patients, visitors, and staff, and as a patient service representative at Erie Family Health Center, where I registered and scheduled patients, explained insurance coverage and our sliding fee program, and updated demographics. I have a strong background in applied mathematics, which helps me to analyze data, solve problems, and optimize workflows.
