• Lead the whole engineering development for this account which more than one thousand modules, demand 120 million per year. • Lead and coach engineer & technician support functions for production quality and delivery about engineering. • Participate in supplier qualification evaluations/surveys as needed. • Drive project team to improve quality yield with Six Sigma Lean, SPC and so on to achieve the project target. • Focus on engineering quotation preparation & process definition/improvement & qualification of NPI project.Qualify 7 new families(500 modules), also training one month at Dallas USA for new modules transferred and successfully in the period. • Attend Lead-Free Process training, get the national certificate. • Attend Six Sigma Green Belt training in Flextronics. • Attend English@EF Biz2 training, and get the certification. • Using the Kaizen mind, organize & Join Workshop, VSM, improve the efficiency of work, cost down. Two certificates gotten. • Contact with the customer to clarify, analyses, solve engineering and quality issue while normal production and NPI qualification. Improving relationship with customer. • Build the long cooperation with supplier and help supplier to improve quality. • Achieve high customer satisfaction about engineering. • Evaluate performance of team members.
