Persuing PhD in Allied Health Science exploring specific guidelines on Nursing manpower.A lead person in taking Organisation towards JCI/NABH/BFHI,Nursing Excellence.Certified professional for quality implementations in hospitals.A state and national level trainer for various workshops and conferences. Developed training modules for Maldivian Nurses.A keen person who try to merge theoretical knowledge in Nursing to the clinical practice bridging the existing gap.Presented many papers in various national and international forums.Won first Prize for Best paper presentation in Vaicon 2024.Award winning paper presentation on ‘Green Documentation’ at International Patient Safety Conference, conducted at Hyderabad in September 2019 and MEDRECON 2020.First prize winner on poster presentation on 'Health care communication' in CAHOCON 17 and propagated a new idea of 'VICRA' for effective communication.Lead various projects and one of the project, Meraki-16, a project on service excellence and customer delight, won Excellence award in AHMA in 2017(Asian Hospital Management Association).Was privileged to work for Nursing Excellence award by AHPI and the hospital won the category in 2017.A coordinator for implementing Nursing Excellence Standards. Involved in staff training, welfare and development , policy makin recruitment,selection, daily management of the nursing units, coordination of nursing activities, staff evaluation etc.Proudly carrying out the responsibility of a nursing leader by diligently focusing on quality improvement activities of Nursing service.
