-Solid working experience with Trading & Distribution, Finance & Manufacturing software implementation. -Immense ability to provide optimal level of customer services. -To provide complete all ERP project within the project timeframe -Familiar with inventory control, WMS, fixed assets management, quality control process execution. -Analyze all users requirements and enhancement for the system. -To monitor and advise on the performance of the ERP system from user environment. -Conduct the full ERP training to all users and the ad hoc customisation may be applicable. -Perform necessary follow up which includes communication with users on ERP system. -Familiar with Crystal Reporting tool & Microsoft SQL database configuration. -Troubleshoot, simulate, log, track and support all the software issues discovered Project Manager Role -To initiate a project schedule by defining its purpose, scope and timeframe, the justification for initiating it and the solution to be implemented.
