A) Proposal & meeting with client > Discuss and understand the requirement of client and clarify for the technical specification > Come out with the robot simulation and propose to client the solution according to the client requirement > Proposed the suitable robot model with the recommend solution and plan base on client budget > Schedule planning and arrangement with end user for the works constrcution date > Prepare and do the presentation to client about Nachi product >Provide robot system application training to end user > Entertain end user for the technical Q & A B) On site Technical work > Schedule planning and coordinate with system integrator > Logistic arrange for the parts delivery to client site > Support for robot teaching according to the client requirement > System application such as (PLC , User Task , Robot Language) according to project scope > Scheduling Service and maintenance works for Nachi robot at client site > Confirmation , test run and commissioning after system complete

A) Set up the car manufacturing new plant > Schedule planning and arrangement to ensure project can meet the dateline > Study and confirmation the equipment spec and on site control during installation timing > Communicate with each equipment maker for the job sequence arrangement and work load distribution > Primary utilities supply for the equipment arrangement > Equipment test run and commissioning B) Equipment shipment arrangement with the job scope include > Communicate with logistic department for the shipment schedule to align with the equipment installation sequence > Arrange for the equipment hoarier and monitor ,communicate regarding the custom clearance for the equipment > Equipment unboxing and arrangement for the lay down C) Equipment installation management and control for the parameter standardize > Paint circulation cycle, paint flow rate, durability > Air flow adjustment, air psychrometric parameter control > Oven and burner parameter setting according to baking requirement D) Production flow system control ( PBIS & VID production monitoring system) > PBIS, VID system spec discussion and confirmation > Parameter and data setting according to production model > Paintshop production line flow control and monitoring by system E) Environment safety and equipment safety requirement > Equipment approval requirement discussion with consultant > Prepare documents for the DOE and DOSH application > Present and explain to the authority during the site inspection

A) Tools & Jigs development and quality troubleshoot > project planning and management of equipment set up and installation > Paint quality trial, quality inspection & defect trouble shooting > Jig & tooling preparation, design concept and fabrication > Painting robot teaching and parameter adjustment to cater new colour or new vehicle model introduction B) Schedule planning and equipment spec buyoff > Toyota new manufacturing plant equipment set up planning > Equipment specification study,discussion and confirmation with equipment maker > Plant facilities and equipment pre delivery inspection and quality check C ) New model introduction manage and product quality improvement > Schedule planning & parts and tooling > preparation to cater the new car model introduction > Layout design, equipments & facilities specification study and upgrade for every new car model introduction > Car surface quality defect analysis and draft > Organize trial and activities with related department for the quality improvement > Jigs and tooling design and fabrication for each car model to support production line > Kawasaki KE type robot parameter setting and adjustment to make good coating quality.
