Developed custom examples that first explained the purpose behind each concept, followed by real-world applications and formula-based solutions covering arithmetic, logical, conditional, data retrieval, and data summarization functions • Created an operational direct labor dashboard for company leadership that highlighted key metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), direct labor hours, and included pivot table slicers to support analysis and operational insights • Worked with the FP&A team to design and produce daily labor hour reports, improving data integrity and promoting accurate shop floor clock-in and clock-out practices
