Co-founded and led “A Step to School,” a student-driven initiative with over 30 active members aimed at promoting educational access for underprivileged youth in Dak Lak. Spearheaded fundraising and community engagement efforts, including organizing large-scale Halloween and Women’s Day events, to support the construction of a local library in Dak Lak, Vietnam. Oversaw team operations, delegated responsibilities, and collaborated with schools and local partners to maximize outreach and impact.
