Establish and maintain a positive and engaged working environment , continuously build up and promote the department culture in comply with company which support the business goals; Regular meeting/mentoring session with key employees/top performers, understand their concerns/issues, provide consultation and helping to resolve HR related issues. Work with TA team and business managers closely, sourcing/interviewing/selecting/on-boarding the right candidates for the vacant positions of the department. Conduct the exit interview for the department, try the best effort to retain the good performers, understand the key reasons for turnover, work with business leaders to implement sound solution for reducing the turnover for the region. Deliver a systematic reporting and analysis on employee relations on regular bases;

Foundation of Gleeast: including business registration, VAT tax application, office site selection and decoration. Internal issue management: Maintain good daily support service on Admin function,Finance function(including tax issue), HR function. Foreigners' work permit & residence permit application: Managing the whole process of foreigners' work permit & residence permit application. Team Building: organizing internal activities monthly to improve team member’s relation. Ceremony and Meeting arrangement: working with sales to prepare the ground-breaking ceremony or meeting. VIP customer arrangement: Arranging the accommodation for VIP customer. Including arranging each step of the itinerary and accommodation, preparing suitable gift and managing the right person to join the accommodation. GM assistant: helping GM to arrange traveling/meeting plan, represent GM to deal with internal issue, communicate with head office.

Contract Review and Administration :Evaluating commercial terms and working together with lawyer to review relative terms of the contract to protect company’s benefit and reduce the risks when executing the contract; Order and Logistics Management: Following up orders operation, dealing with all kinds of problems during the process of the orders, monitoring payment collection, following up the delivery and guaranteeing on time delivery. Checking accounts, dealing with invoices, issuing bonds and cooperating with finance to collect AR. Processing purchasing for the orders. Negotiating with sub-vendors to get a better price and payment terms for the orders.Managing sub-vendors to provide goods & service meet the requirement of the customer on time. Inventory Management and Coordination with JC Factories: Making forecast plans and delivering every month, assisting factories to control the inventory. Compliance to Procurement Policies and Processes: Dealing with all matters according to company’s all kinds of SOPs, making sure all sales persons following the SOPs. Key Account customers following up. Assisting KA manager to keep close attention to KA customer, dealing with their requirements and building a long relationship with them.
