I have 15 years of extensive working experience in the fashion industry. I started as a fashion designer at Dior, and through years of hard work and enthusiasm, I was gradually promoted to a senior designer. During my working experience at Dior, I had the opportunity to participate in many important fashion events and series launches, accumulating valuable creative and design experience. I then moved to Balenciaga as Fashion Design Director, where I played an important role in leading the design team and setting the fashion direction. In this role, I am responsible for guiding the creative design of the team, curating the fashion collections and working closely with the senior management of the company to ensure that the design fits with the brand philosophy. In 2017, I decided to resign as fashion design director and invest in Maje as a shareholder. At Maje, I double as Design Director and work on driving the brand forward. At the same time, I am also constantly learning marketing knowledge and skills to better understand market demand and contribute to the promotion and development of Maje in the US market. In March 2022, I came to the United States as the head of Maje's US market. As Director of Marketing, I am responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategy and working with the team to drive the brand's growth in the US market. I am good at analyzing market trends and work closely with the sales team to ensure that brand image and value are accurately communicated. I have excellent fashion design skills and a deep understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences. I am skilled at leading teams with excellent creative direction and communication skills. Additionally, I am detail-oriented, results-oriented and able to effectively manage projects and resources in a fast-paced environment. My many years of work experience and skills enable me to contribute to the development of fashion brands by integrating knowledge in creative design, marketing and team management. I am passionate about the fashion industry and would like to continue to expand my knowledge and skills to keep up with the constant changes and developments in the industry.
