Perform quality assurance responsibilities, including answering translator queries, training translators, and teach them how to use the CAT tool, answer the questions from clients and linguists. 6. Continually update TM, style guide, and glossary, train and use the approved translators and editors as default linguists according to various project requirements and help my clients get more orders and enlarge their business market to achieve the double-win strategy.
