Lead the recruiting team to develop in-depth and innovative talent acquisition strategies with business stakeholders and related HR leaders to support current and ongoing needs, as well as the future growth of the business. Develop customized recruiting strategies across all job families for China OPU including Operations, Bio Pharma, Animal Health, Enabling, Medical and PM&CHC to deliver quality talent in a timely manner.
