Serve on the board of EPI-USE to provide leadership and oversight into the organization’s projections and goals in order to achieve its mission. EPI-USE is the world’s largest and most experienced independent SAP HCM specialist employing over 3,000 people across 34 countries.

Responsible for building out the global People Team and People roadmap at Rubrik, a leading cybersecurity company of over 3,200 employees, supporting Rubrik's incredible growth. Focused on attracting and retaining the world's best talent, creating a positive and differentiated employee experience, and fostering a supportive environment where team members can do the best work of their careers. Working closely with the executive team and board members to develop competitive compensation and benefits programs, taking a data-driven approach, aligned with Rubrik’s strategy, goals, and values. Leading strategic initiatives for Rubrik, in pursuit of building a world class organization. Enabling teams to be inspired by the real-life impact of their work which has resulted in Rubrik being awarded a Great Place to Work certification.

Head of HR for the Alexa Organization, and previously Head of HR for the Platform, Databases, Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence organizations in AWS (each over 15,000 global employees). Partnered closely with business leaders globally and across the organization to implement and execute HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, scaling, leadership, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee retention.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, and a member of the executive team reporting to the CEO, Lillian's role was to provide thought leadership in new and evolving HR practices for highly motivated SaaS knowledge based employees. Lillian led the team that developed Human Resources programs and strategies that appreciate Plex’s rich and market leading engagement and culture, while scaling Plex for growth. This included strategic workforce planning, succession planning, career planning, mentoring and leadership development. Lillian also played a key business partnership role providing counsel and support on all HR matters including: sourcing/recruiting, turnover, staff and operational management leadership development, compensation and benefit retention strategies

As the Vice President, Human Resources, Lillian led the HR functions for one of the fastest growing technology companies where she is responsible for end to end HR function. As a member of the executive team, Lillian developed HR strategies that enable the hyper growth of the business, while building infrastructure to support the existing talented employee base.

Lillian was the Director of Organizational Development (HR) Shared Services for Research In Motion, the designer and manufacturer of the award-winning BlackBerry® smartphone, used by millions of people around the world. Lillian's scope included HR Services supporting the organization and the employee, the HR Planning Office which was the team responsible for the execution of HR strategic projects, the HR Technology team which was responsible for building the infrastructure to support RIM's exponential growth including RIM's employee intranet, portals and HR Information and Capital Management Systems, and also the HR Reporting and Analytics team which provided critical human capital information supporting business strategy. Lillian was also accountable for HR Technology strategy, execution and operations which encompassed end to end Human Resources including HRIS Architecture, Talent Management, Compensation Planning, Applicant Tracking, Recruitment, and other such HR Technologies to support the human capital management of over 20,000 employees and growing worldwide.

Lillian held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility at Ford/Nemak. Her experience is diverse with experiences in operations, logistics, human resources and overall manufacturing strategy. Lillian was the HR lead for the implementation of SAP which included all HR modules - talent, training, compensation, personnel management etc. Lillian obtained her six sigma black belt and lean manufacturing certification in her time in the automotive industry.
