I am a strategist, project manager, and community builder passionate about creating systems, spaces, and solutions that drive meaningful impact. I hold an MBA from Rider University and I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS), with a growing focus on leveraging digital tools, data, and AI to improve program outcomes and community impact.Professionally, I support research and data-driven initiatives that strengthen access to justice for underserved and immigrant communities—ensuring programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with mission-driven goals.Beyond my professional work, I am the Founder and Chief Steward of TUSSGlobal (Taking Up Spaces Global) — a faith-rooted nonprofit community supporting women through healing, maternal health awareness, and economic empowerment. TUSSGlobal was born from one of the most defining moments of my life.After years of navigating infertility, I experienced a life-threatening childbirth complication and developed Eclampsia. My son was born prematurely at 28 weeks, and I nearly lost my life. That experience revealed a reality many women face but few openly talk about:Women especially women of color are still dying from preventable maternal health complications. Instead of allowing that moment to end me, I chose to build from it. Today, through TUSSGlobal, I am creating spaces where women can:• Heal from infertility, trauma, and life transitions• Access maternal health awareness and life-saving knowledge• Find community and shared support• Monetize their skills and build purpose-driven businessesOur mission is to help women move from:healing → hope → wholeness → economic empowermentWe are also leading initiatives such as blood pressure awareness for women, with a goal to ensure that more women especially in underserved communities have access to tools that can save their lives.I am particularly interested in:• maternal health advocacy• women’s empowerment initiatives• digital transformation for social impact• partnerships that expand access and opportunity.I am always open to connecting with individuals and organizations who are passionate about creating meaningful impact.
