Managing the cooperation with University of Debrecen and teaching HR related modules in cooperation with the DBSC Roundtable. Working on international HR projects in cooperation with the global P&C Team.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and policies. Act as a point of contact for employees to address and resolve various HR-related inquiries and concerns. Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training sessions. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Generate HR reports for management. Oversee the employee offboarding process, including exit interviews and conducting necessary paperwork. Verify and maintain employee records, including salary changes, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll-related data.

Act as an intermediary in offer negotiation between clients and candidates.
