* Involving with contractual matters with client in a comprehensive way and advise on terms and conditions for project tender and contracts to ensure project is adhere to the agreed budget. * Preparing meticulously the project tender work specifications, collate bills of quantities, cost estimates of a building development project, which includes variations in work done, and time delay claims from the main contractor. * Keep abreast of the latest market prices of building material and labour. * Review payment to the main contractors timely in according to percentage of work done. Checking on construction site the work done which is to be paid to the contractor. Liaise and settle the accounts between the client and contractor.

Organising and planning projects to achieve timely delivery, in terms of reviewing and studying the projects according to National Parks Board policies and procedure. Involved in reviewing and formulating of projects policies and procedure to work more effectively and efficiently. Project management skills applied in terms of handling several projects at the same duration which involves communicating with relevant parties to solve or seek consultation in various project issues and handle project enquiries with empathy and effectiveness. Handle public enquiries and feedback timely with care and sufficient proper detailed information. Co-ordination for project and department meetings effectively. Was involved with the department work planning yearly meeting and land use projects discussion forum with external parties. Prepare presentation slides for meeting with management level and report findings for Department Head to be produced in external meetings or in National Parks Board management review meeting.
