HRIS Representative Specialist/HRIS Lead Specialist Assisted in day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities for 10,000+DHL employees both union and non-union, provided functional guidance, advice, supervised special projects. Processed wage employment verification, unemployment claims, worker’s compensation claims, recorded and tracked the Performance Review for 500 plus full time hourly and salaried employees, and maintaining HRIS records and compiles reports from database.
