Provide program management, resource management, productivity enhancement and workflow planning and execution to ensure accomplishment of missions affecting the daily support operations falling under the 521 AMOW. Leads a 34-member wing staff in daily operations, supporting the Wing Commander and Vice Commander, 2 groups, 12 squadrons, 1 detachment and 3 operating locations in 18 locations throughout Europe, Southwest Asia and Africa. Serves as the focal point for coordination, communication, and task completion with HQ AMC, 18 AF, USAF EC and host wings, regulating all information management issues. Has tasking authority over the commanders of all subordinate units. Responsible for the wing budget, communications, administration, personnel, manpower, and safety, overseeing $100M budget and $11.6M of C4 equipment. Manages the wing civilian program, standardizing actions of six civilian personnel offices supporting over 200 General Schedule and Local National employees.
