- Collaborate with top sellers for Beauty, Fashion and Home & Deco divisions and consult them on how to grow their business on eMAG, also making sure that Marketplace top sellers deliver the same experience that customers are used to when buying directly from eMAG. - Define business strategies and tactics to improve top seller performance through the use of analytic tools, reporting and knowledge bases. - Generate value for Marketplace sellers, evolving the tools, capabilities and partnering with cross functional teams to drive product improvements. - Reaching my targets in terms of not only sales but also the number of sellers whose performance I’ve improved on monthly basis. - Analyze huge sets of data, segment the data, and derive proper actions. - Ensure an in-depth knowledge of all aspect relating to eCommerce (Commercial, Marketing, Operations). - Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.

- Keeping in touch between the company and suppliers (meetings, orders, updates prices, lists products); - Development of business links; - Checking sales (monthly reports and periodicals - Magento platform); - Online marketing and PR activities; - Taking orders received online through the Magento platform; - Secretarial and basic accounting, billing, inventory.

Human resource activities.

- Sales and product checking (pictures, description) of the online store, checking daily and monthly provisions of the company, employment, periodic checks of personnel, preparation of company employees files; promoting and selling products, merchandise reception, working with cash register (cashing, inventory, cash register, management report), check the store staff.
