Constantly staying up-to-date with the changes in ESG regulations. • Preparation of the Bank’s ESG disclosures regarding mandatory ESG reporting frameworks (sustainability section of the Annual Report CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy) and voluntary ESG reporting - UNEP FI PRB, UN Global Compact – Communication on progress etc). • ESG trainings and initiatives to increase the internal ESG awareness of the Bank’s employees and Business structures. • Coordinates of the ESG relevant activities across the Bank and provides support and advice to the Bank structures on ESG topics. • Communication and reporting to the Group ESG Division on ESG issues.

Non-Financial Risk | Reputational Risk | ESG • Implemented the Group Reputational Risk Policies and Regulations, including in the area of ESG/Climate change/Net zero; Implemented the Group Reputational Risk measurement, control and mitigation processes; Elaborated and maintenaned the relevant internal Reputational Risk framework of local policies and procedures. • Prepared Reputational Risk and ESG Assessments for all clients in the sensitive sectors (Coal, Mining Industry, Defense/Weapons, Oi&Gas, Nuclear, Water Infrastructure) as well as clients with other indications for potential Reputational Risk or ESG issues; • Prepared and conducted trainings in the area of Reputational Risk for wide audiences of colleagues from Business structures, Risk and other departments; • Participated in the ESG project for implementation of the ESG Strategy of UniCredit Bulbank. • ESG Ambassador for the Non-Financial and Financial Risk Department – led, coordinated and prioritizated tasks in the area of ESG, identified the appropriate structure and employees for execution of ESG tasks and incorporated the ESG tasks in business-as-usual processes of the Bank and its internal policies; • Analyzed the reputational risk impact in the process of implementation of new products, projects and processes. • Monitored and analyzed the Reputational Risk Exposure in the Bank in accordance with the applicable standards, policies and procedures; • Reported to the Holding Non-Financial Risk structure in the area of Reputational Risk; • Secretary of the Non-Financial Risk and Controls Committee of UCB – Operational Risk Session and Reputational Risk Session. Planned and organized the meetings, agenda, host, and prepared the meeting minutes and follow-up.

• Implemented the Group Reputational Risk Governance Guidelines, internal and external regulations related to this activity; Implemented the Group Reputational Risk measurement, control and mitigation processes; Supported the maintenance of up-to-date and well-documented policies and procedures; • Analyzed the reputational risk impact related to the implementation of new products, projects and processes. • Reported the Reputational Risk exposure as well as the current status of the implementation of the Group guidelines to the Group Reputational Risk function and to the local Committees and Management bodies of the Bank.

• Providing legal advice and opinions in the areas of corporate governance and management, internal structure, consumer protection, personal data protection, employee behaviour, anti-corruption, AML; conflict of interest prevention; market abuse prevention and others; • Providing legal advice and consultations on different cases: compliance of the relevant contractual clauses; providing legal opinions prior to the release of new products and services; ad-hoc consulting different professionals inside the institution on other legal matters; • Elaboration of internal rules and regulations in compliance with the applicable local legislation; • Executing regulatory controls in the field of prevention and/or minimisation of the regulatory risks in accordance with the applicable compliance rules, using the internal reporting tools; • Conducting legal & compliance education for other employees;

Checking for compliance of documents for payments from EU funds to employers.
