Design Sales Rules of Engagement policies for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions by balancing priorities at the business level, applying sales knowledge, and solving for operational scalability of policies. Mediate Sales conflict through an escalation process that applies rigor from the designed policies to applicable situations. Apply policy practices and frameworks to improve processes across the company through identifying gaps, providing actionable recommendations, and executing on implementation.

Designed and implemented improvements for 8 internal clients on a Google-owned Case Management Platform used by 2,000 YouTube Customer Service Agents who work directly with YouTube Creators and Viewers. Building and launching changes to the platform were made by managing multiple complex roadmaps, dependencies, launch timelines, and coordinating efforts across operations, product, legal, and engineering. The overall result was improved customer and agent satisfaction with the internal Case Management System and the YouTube product.

Served as the end to end recruiter for the Google AI Residency by helping screen candidate resumes, guide them through the interview process, and hire the 2019 cohort for the AI Residency.

Served as initial recruiter for Software Engineer New Graduate technical candidates for all pre-onsite interview activities including the initial phone screen and 1-2 technical first round phone interviews. My efforts resulted in dozens of candidates accepting offers at the company every quarter.

-Managed the intern summer project to create and launch a new consumer goods brand. Researched the industry, conducted market analyses, defined the target market, and led presentations to the clients for the consumer facing website, content, packaging, and launch plan. -Managed daily calendar updates. -Created project briefs, production turnovers, and various job forms. -Helped the account service team with supplemental organizational tasks.
