Responsibilities included assisting in the evaluation of comprehensive drug registration dossiers submitted by multinational pharmaceutical companies, coordinating expert panels to review the clinical efficacy and safety of new pharmaceuticals, and collaborating with the regional Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center to track and analyze global pharmacovigilance data.

1. Led outcomes research operations, overseeing study design, protocol development, and report generation to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and scientific integrity. 2. Supervised a team of graduate students in analyzing the adverse effects of three specific drugs, in collaboration with the Guangdong Center for Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring, and provided actionable insights for updating drug labeling. 3. Played a key role in four comprehensive clinical evaluation studies, leading the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety. Responsibilities included designing evaluation frameworks, conducting data analysis, and preparing detailed reports for regulatory submissions and therapeutic recommendations.

1. Led a team of 7 medical managers in overseeing more than 20 real-world studies. 2. Key responsibilities included managing study initiation activities, coordinating with research sites for IRB submissions, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy through comprehensive monitoring. 3. Developed a medical strategy of a antipsychotic drug and implemented in mainland China through the collaborative efforts of a task force the Medical, Marketing, and Market Access (3M) teams.
