I coordinate and strengthen community-based social service programs serving newcomers, youth and older adults, ensuring equitable access to supports across diverse populations. I build and align referral pathways with community partners and multidisciplinary teams while managing structured intake systems and documentation processes to improve service flow. Since joining the role, I have led evaluation-informed program adjustments that doubled client retention and strengthened participant engagement. I translate qualitative and quantitative findings into leadership reports and funding materials that directly inform operational decisions and long-term program sustainability.

I co led day-to-day coordination of a youth development program and supported a structured, data-informed redesign that increased registration and completion from 25 to 50+ registrants in my first cohort. I contributed to adjustments in session structure, curriculum content, facilitator approaches, and partnership engagement to strengthen relevance and participation outcomes. I developed attendance and attrition tracking systems, introduced communication automations to streamline data collection, and supervised volunteers to maintain delivery standards. The redesigned model and newly introduced workshops were formally adopted and continue to run across subsequent cohorts

I facilitated workshops with youth and contributed to program evaluation by building REDCap surveys and managing data collection tools with a team. I analyzed mixed-methods data to inform program decisions and broader research outcomes, and presented findings to leadership. I maintained research documentation and ensured compliance with ethics protocols

Supported administrative operations within Toronto Water's Customer Care Services division as part of the Youth Career Development Program. Contributed to daily operational processes including documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and internal communications. Gained exposure to municipal service delivery systems and administrative workflows in a large public sector organization.

In this role, I supported the pilot implementation of an educational module addressing anti-Black racism in mental healthcare. The work involved helping refine the curriculum, facilitating virtual sessions for Black youth in partnership with the Free For All Foundation, and gathering qualitative data to assess emotional and educational impact. I also contributed to the evaluation process by organizing findings, supporting research documentation, and ensuring alignment with ethics and protocol requirements.

As part of the Student Wellness Communications team, I developed and edited publicly distributed health content across blogs, social media, and educational toolkits reaching over 37,000 students. I created social media content in close collaboration with the in-house Health Promotion team and partnered with other university departments on health-related campaigns involving Student Wellness. My role required working closely with staff, clinicians and researchers to research, validate evidence before publication and ensure accuracy and accessibility in all materials. I curated content for clarity, accessibility, and alignment with referencing standards and also supported campus-wide and community initiatives in collaboration with external partners such as Hamilton Health Sciences, helping coordinate messaging across teams and stakeholders.

Supported brand development, communications strategy, and user engagement efforts for an early-stage digital health startup. Contributed to visual identity systems, marketing templates, and messaging frameworks to strengthen positioning and consistency. Analyzed user trends and engagement patterns to inform outreach strategy, content direction, and growth planning while collaborating across teams in a dynamic startup environment.

Under the supervision of a professor in McMaster's AERIAL Lab, we tracked Neurophysiological Markers of Auditory Change Detection and Consciousness for Clinical Assessments in Coma. I supported EEG research involving comatose patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams. My responsibilities included preparing and cleaning clinical datasets, maintaining structured research documentation, and supporting adherence to hospital ethics and protocol standards.

I worked with the Fijian Ministry of Health and local partners of Think Pacific advocating for suicide prevention and mental health in Fiji and the Pacific region health. I also supported the Fijian children living in the rural areas by aiding in improving their confidence, self-esteem and through providing invaluable opportunities to try new activities, develop their education and increase their social development
