Served as Stratasys CFO for over 5 years, during that period, there were 2 years of which there was no CEO in place, during which I served as the most senior officer in the company both internally and externally with key stakeholders and BOD of directors. Led the company companies through accelerated growth, challenging market conditions, strategy transformation, reorganization, and management changes.  Led finance and legal organization with a global team of over 100 employees, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations and driving the organization to world class performance.  Managed the corporate aspects to achieve operational and strategic goals and planning in rapid growth, dynamic and challenging business environments; Led financial improvement plans and meet quarterly/annual objectives.  Led the capital market requirements including capital raises, improving investor composition and responsibility for capital market messaging and direction.  Led strategic M&A transactions (20+ transactions: M&A, JVs and minority transactions), pre close negotiations, designing the deal structure including IP and tax strategy, accounting implications and leading post close integration aspects.  Led business/management processes of the organization. Multi-year strategic planning, strategic business prioritization and resource allocation processes based on short- and long-term objectives.  Global tax strategy and tax optimization with significant contribution of over $50 million to the bottom line.  Managed the legal and risk management functions, treasury strategy and management, commercial and corporate legal, SOX, corporate governance, IP strategy and execution.
