Throughout my career, I have been driven by a genuine interest in building efficient procurement organizations that create value through strong supplier partnerships, continuous improvement, and well-designed processes. My experience covers the full procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection, sourcing strategy, commercial negotiations, and operational purchasing to supplier performance management, quality development, and procurement process optimization. I have worked closely with engineering, production, quality, logistics, and sales teams to ensure that procurement supports both business objectives and customer expectations. In addition to procurement, I have gained valuable experience in supplier quality management, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. I have also been part of an ERP implementation core team, where I represented procurement in developing new processes, defining requirements, and supporting the successful deployment of new ways of working.
