My passions: people, brands, design, sustainability and diversity - also running :) I'm a professional with 20 years experience in packaging, design, printing, artworks and communication. I have been working in design agencies, packaging suppliers and global consumer goods companies. My background is focused on packaging, point of sale, graphic production, brand equity, artworks and print management, with great experience in building teams. Working always to achieve the best results for the brands, my aim is to deliver all projects following the design promise and ensuring brand equity for all brands. My experience in details: _Experience in promotional ad, POS [Points of Sales], visual identity, corporative materials and packaging areas; _Leadership, implementation of new areas, organizational processes, performance of workshops and teams training; _Frequent development of partnerships, suppliers and innovation research; _Interface between internal areas and partners. Stakeholders management; _Senior project management. Skills in product development in all process stages. _Technical analysis and production feasibility of projects: design, guidelines specifications, artwork, repro and printing; _Budget management and suppliers quality control; _Experience in local, regional and global projects - brand harmonization / consistency - artwork packaging roll-out; _PMA’s (print management agencies) development, implementation; _Team Building, resources allocation, leadership, business partner and customer mindset; _Skills in the main graphics software and Artwork management system workflows; _International and multi-cultural experience (projects, workshops, training and team meetings) - working experience in Latam, Asia Pacific (Singapore and South East Asia) and Europe (currently in NL, Rotterdam); _Design Thinking tools skills; _Languages: Portuguese (native language), Spanish, and English – fluent.
