I'm an artist, deeply curious about how we can be our prime self (living intentionally, according to our values, show up as the person we aspire to be - someone who our future self will be proud of). I live in the mountains of Dharamshala and partner my life with Han and our little angel Athena. They are my soulmates; we share a deep attunement and help regulate one another through daily rituals, like our coffee time. We always approach our relationship with curiosity, and I feel incredibly lucky to have them. I'm building WhatsHappening.ai, a companion for your healing journey. It's a living interactive journal that helps you find insights & integrate them in your life. It also has guided breathwork to help shift your state & regulate your nervous system. It is one of my life's work & I'm incredibly proud of it. I'm on a personal mission to understand the nature of reality, which I explore through various healing practices. Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, in particular, has been profoundly helpful. I've worked extensively with my therapist, even documenting many of our sessions here. My curiosity has also led me to explore Buddhism, Vipassana, psychedelics, breathwork, Existential Kink, relaxation & various meditations, and ecstatic dance. I love building software (& getting lost in architecting that world), having deep conversations, helping people find clarity and feel more regulated. I feel most at home in the countryside, closer to nature and away from crowded places. I love everything art from cooking food to coloring a mandala or documenting my insight to making this page! I built this from the mountains of Dharamshala, not as a founder but as a fellow human drowning in my own thoughts. After burning out and 1.5 years of diving deep into IFS therapy, I discovered something: we all need a space where all parts of us can speak and be heard. I use this daily - when overwhelmed, when a part of me is hurt or excited, when insights strike. No more suppressing. Just me, meeting myself. Lastly, I'm not here to make you more productive. I'm here because I discovered something: when you give your inner world a devoted listener, everything changes. This isn't just an app. It's a ritual. A medicine for inner harmony. I see you.
