- Manage daily procurement request from internal stakeholders (Cross region MYSGHK) - Manage tender process to contract for MYSGHK region operational needs - Manage supplier's performance and relationship for seamless operation supports and make sure compliance , align with company T&C - Sourcing / research MYSGHK local & global suppliers - PO database analysis - In charge of strategy sourcing task to fulfill operation needs. - System using : SAP & COUPA - Working field : Regional Sports retail brand by Cross region (Malaysia, Singapore & Hong Kong) - SSS, RSH (Multibrand), The North Face, VANS, Timberland, Columbia, NIKE (Monobrand) - (Ad-hoc) Supports centralised procurement procedures training to other region and local team member, mainly MYSGHKID

- Imply general purchasing job scope daily. - Negotiate with vendors to ensure the accuracy and quality of goods received. - Sourcing goods local and international that inquire by Production and trading sales need for the factory business. - Organize and schedule procurements to ensure a positive flow of goods and timely purchases. - Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure a healthy supply chain. - Manage the ISO profile (Purchasing Part) of the company. - Submit relevant reports monthly, quarterly, yearly.

- Sourcing suppliers for company sales & inventory. - Managing the logistics for the client's project. - Liaise with suppliers for daily purchases. - Maintain complete and updated purchasing records/data & pricing in the system. - Act as liaison officer on goods returns to suppliers. - Perform supplier's relationship management & supplier‘s performance monitoring according to company policies & procedures. - Follow up closely on order deliveries to ensure no disruption in operations. - Managing in-house sales‘ flow daily

- Handling MRO requested by the construction-related department. - Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers. - Get quotations from suppliers. - Preparing the tender meetings with HQ Procurement & Cost Department for Purchase Order/ Contract issuance. - Negotiate the quotations and give feedback with suppliers. - Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time. - Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies. - Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors. - Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters. - Submit monthly, quarterly & yearly Cost reports to HQ. - Keep track of the stock quantity with the store management. - Handle the scrap materials management. - Incharge of the rental settlement with Machinery/ Equipment suppliers.
