As Implementation Specialist and Configuration Analyst of Apex Analytics Project: (a) Lead the Ultimate Supplier Management Portal with multiple and full cycle deployments of Apex Analytics Solutions. (b) Responsible for gathering business requirements for client portal application including Wireframes and SOA for Integration between the Portal and ERP. • Environmental Scan of best breed emerging technologies, identification of need, processing RFP, Vendor engagement, RFP development through iterative process, securing budgetary support for the Procurement Cycle. • Spearheaded procurement of Operational/Training/Administrative stores under Naval Competent Financial Authority (Approx. 70 Crores plus every F.Y). Saved 15% of the total cost of the projects with meticulous planning & strict timelines • Cultivated the entire Supply Chain Process including forecasting, e-Tendering, contracting, warehousing and distribution. • Coordinated and provided Logistics and applied Inventory Management skills at Annual General Body Meeting and Council Meetings of Yachting Association of India (YAI) • Conducted quarterly audit of IT assets and involved in frequent updation and modification of website of Yachting Association of India from backend. • PR and co-ordination with inter-dependent units, also with the Civil Auth, PSUs, OEMs & end users including Ministry of Sports & Development, Sports Authority of India ,Delhi and also with International Sports Bodies during the Asian Games 2014

Introduced innovative methods of training with key focus on operational targets. • Cultivated the entire Logistics/ Supply Chain Process including forecasting, e-Tendering(GeM& Defence procurement), contracting, warehousing and distribution • Strategically implemented a major modernization project involving induction of new equipment, conceptualizing and implementing changes in the organizational structure and processes. • Monitored the adherence to security protocol of the unit including visitors through regular and surprise checks on the efficacy of the system. • Managed all aspects of HR Management and Development including selection, staffing, training and development, performance appraisals, motivation, grievance handling, attrition control, discipline and welfare in large multi-cultural team of over 200 personnel. • Handled entire Logistics Supply Chain of the aviation unit including forecasting, tendering and contracting ,procurement, warehousing, distribution and delivery for approx 200 personnel • Ensure Just In time(JIT) delivery of items thereby applying vendor management techniques at the grassroots level and as a result getting best quality output in the least possible time by the optimum utilization of the resources
