I oversee all recruitment functions, focusing on sourcing top talent, enhancing employee relations, managing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. My passion lies in aligning our recruitment strategies with the organization’s goals while fostering clear communication and providing strategic guidance. I strive to create a workplace culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to excel in their roles. In addition to my responsibilities at Paradigm Rehab, I previously operated my own online language school, where I taught Amharic to both children and adults. This experience honed my communication skills and deepened my understanding of diverse learning needs, further enabling me to connect with and support individuals in both professional and educational contexts.
